Honey

Honeybees are beautiful and currently amount to 322 groups. At a time globally when bees have been in decline it is vital these bees are nurtured and their environments are protected. One day the benefit of saving these bee species and encouraging them may end up being a positive outcome for a much larger group of humanity?

The best people to do this are the local Beekeepers who have a very long tradition in the Khe Ro Forest, and have a strong understanding of the natural cycle. The honey has a very distinct aroma because the bees source the honey from many kinds of flowers that are special to this forest. As a result the honey has a unique and delicous malty flavour  backed up with zesty notes of apple, pear and flora that can only be described as very tempting, and moreish.

In 1/2012 the Beekeepers group was established by GTV in order to develop honey bee raising and promote the Product.
